When it comes to cocktails over the holidays, it can be easy to go one of a few ways–(1) assume you have no low carb options and pick something else, (2) give up and drink them anyway, (3) take the time to do a science project and make your own from scratch. My note to you is that option #3 can actually be pretty painless. Rather than starting from scratch, here are some resources I’ve gathered and use for my own concoctions.
