- ½ cup (120 g) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 tablespoons (38 g) Avocado Oil You can also use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or Melted Unsalted Butter.
- 1 Egg

- 1 cup (240 g) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 6 tablespoons (76 g) Avocado Oil You can also use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or Melted Unsalted Butter.
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Heat the waffle maker (to 350° if the temp is able to be set) and liberally spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Once the waffle maker is heated, spoon the batter into the waffle wells.
- Cook until golden brown.
