Lately this Creamy Lime Dip has become one of my favorites. I know that the citrus component lends this more to being a summer dessert, but I just don’t care. It’s creamy, sweet, tart, a little refreshing, a little decadent. You can enjoy it with dippers or just dig in with a spoon. That’s what we do around here most of the time. While this recipe is sized to a larger group, you can easily cut it in half for a “normal” day dessert. I mostly follow this Keto Key Lime Fruit Dip recipe from All Day I Dream About Food. However, I made a couple minor modifications for my needs and scale.

My Modifications for this Keto Creamy Lime Dip
- Since I am usually cooking for a bit of a crowd, I double everything other than the lime juice. I tried doubling the lime juice and wound up with a very tasty but soupy consistency.
- I use regular limes instead of key limes.
- I sift my powdered erythritol.
