Secret Weapon Mini Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix 113 grams
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 60 grams
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil You can also use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or Melted Unsalted Butter.
  • 1 Egg Jumbo
Servings40 Mini Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix 226 grams
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 120 grams
  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil You can also use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or Melted Unsalted Butter.
  • 2 Eggs Jumbo

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix until a wet dough forms.
  • Stir until all ingredients are hydrated and a wet dough has formed.
  • Spoon onto the prepared baking sheet in approximately 1.5 inch drops.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until just starting to turn golden.
