Ingredients
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Or milk of your choice
- ½ cup Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 Eggs Jumbo
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese Cut into 1-inch pieces and softened
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese Shredded. 4 ounces // 113 grams
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated. 1 ounce // 28.35 grams
- ¼ cup Green Onions Sliced
Instructions
- Spray 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a high speed blender, combine the Unsweetened Almond Milk, All Purpose Baking Mix, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, and Eggs. Blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
- Add the Cream Cheese and blend for 2 more minutes.
- Add the Swiss Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Green Onions. Pulse until just combined and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 – 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
