Ingredients
- 4 ounces Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix (113 grams)
- 2.5 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk 40 grams
- 1.5 tablespoons Avocado Oil 14 grams (You can also use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or Melted Unsalted Butter.)
- 1 Egg Jumbo
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix 226 grams
- 5 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk 80 grams
- 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil 28 grams (You can also use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, or Melted Unsalted Butter.)
- 2 Egg Jumbo
Instructions
- Heat the waffle maker (to 350° if the temp is able to be set) and liberally spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Once the waffle maker is heated, spoon the batter into the waffle wells.
- Cook until golden brown.
