24Hot Dogs
2poundsBacon24 strips; Medium or Thin cut.
18ouncesSugar Free BBQ SaucePick any flavor you like. I’m a fan of the Maple flavor. I use just about 1 bottle for 24 hot dogs.

Instructions
Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with heavy duty aluminum foil and insert Wire Racks. Preheat the oven to 400°F or use the Convection Roast setting at 375°F.
Wrap 24 Hot Dogs each in a slice of Bacon.
24 Hot Dogs, 2 pounds Bacon
Slice each wrapped Hot Dog into 4 equal pieces.
Brush each wrapped bite with Sugar Free BBQ Sauce and place it on the wire rack.
18 ounces Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
Bake at 400°F in a regular oven or at 375°F on the Convection Roast setting if you have it. Bake for 20 minutes and check them. If needed, put them back in the oven until the bacon is crispy. Timing may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the bacon you use.
Once the bacon is crispy, remove from the oven and give them another quick brush of the Sugar Free BBQ Sauce.
