Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and paper towels.
Rinse 1 pound Large Raw Shrimp with cold water, lay them out on the paper towel lined sheet pan and pat them dry with more paper towels. Discard the used paper towels and spray the foil-lined sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
1 pound Large Raw Shrimp
Combine 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika, 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt, 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic Powder and 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning in a gallon sized zip top bag.
Place the seasoned shrimp on the greased baking sheet. Roast at 350°F until the shrimp curls and turns whitish pink. About 10-15 minutes.
Arrange the same number of Everything Parmesan Crisps as you have shrimp on a serving platter. Once the shrimp are cool enough to handle, place one shrimp on each of the cheese crisps.
I assume about 4 shrimp per person plus a couple for taste testing, when served as an appetizer with something else. So for example, I would go up to 1.25 pounds of shrimp for a party of 10. I would also increase all of the spices and seasonings by ¼ to match.
