Instructions
In a microwavable mixing bowl, add the block of cream cheese and 6.5 ounces of sugar free jam. Microwave on the defrost setting for 45 seconds. Stir. Then repeat, using 10 second intervals until the cream cheese and jam are soft. Stir to completely combine. It should have the consistency of easily spreadable icing.
On each low carb tortilla wrap place 2.5 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half (the half closest to you). I break up the half piece of cheese to fill in the gaps left after placing the two whole slices.
Lay 1.5 slices of thick-cut ham on top of the cheese.
1 pound Ham
Spread about 1.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard in a stripe across each ham layer. Then spoon about 1.5 - 2 tablespoons of the Monte Cristo Sauce on top of the mustard and spread it out. Reserve the remaining Monte Cristo Sauce for dipping the roll-ups.
3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
Beginning at the edge with the cheese and meat, tightly roll up the wrap.
Optional: Chill rolled up logs for 20 - 30 minutes in the freezer before slicing.
Slice each log into 8 equal pieces.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
