Wonderfully sweet and creamy and a bit decadent, this Keto Cake Batter Dip gives you all the indulgence of eating cake batter (in dip form, of course) but none of the sugar or carbs. Make it for your next dinner party and your guests will thank you!
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread out 10.6 ounces Keto Yellow Cake Mix on a rimmed baking sheet and bake it for 3 minutes at 350°F.
10.6 ounces Keto Yellow Cake Mix
In a stand mixer, combine 8 ounces Cream Cheese, ¾ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1 ½ cups Powdered Allulose (sifted), and 1 teaspoon Cake Batter Extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth. Then add in the cake mix and continue beating until it is completely incorporated. (If you don’t have a stand mixer, just use a hand mixer and a large mixing bowl.)
8 ounces Cream Cheese, ¾ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1 ½ cups Powdered Allulose, 1 teaspoon Cake Batter Extract
Use a rubber scraper or spatula to fold in ⅔ cups Keto Sprinkles.

Transfer the dip to the serving bowl and garnish with some additional sprinkles.
The nutrition calculator that I use does not have a way to enter sugar alcohols and so includes that in the total carb count. In this case, sugar alcohol makes up 444 grams of the total carbs. Divided by 16 servings, that comes to 27.75 grams that gets subtracted from each serving. Then minus the 3 grams of dietary fiber from each serving as well.
