28ouncesStewed TomatoesUndrained. Either 1 (28-ounce can or 2 (14.5-ounce) cans.)
¼cupSwerve BrownOr another Brown Sugar Substitute of your choice

Instructions
If using fresh green beans, trim 4 pounds Green Beans and cut them into roughly 2-inch pieces. If you’re using canned green beans, drain 6 (14-ounce) cans. Set them aside. Chop 1 cup Onion and 1 cup Bell Pepper and set them aside as well.

In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, cook 12 ounces Bacon. Remove the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate but leave the grease in the pan.

In the same pan, sauté the chopped Onions and Bell Peppers until softened. About 6 - 8 minutes.

Add in 28 ounces Stewed Tomatoes, ¼ cup Swerve Brown, 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, ½ teaspoon Dry Mustard, ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt, and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine.

Add in the Green Beans, stir well, cover, and cook until tender. About 10 minutes. Stir the chopped Bacon in at the end.
