Instructions
Cut 10 slices Keto Bread into ~1 inch cubes, lay on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees F for 20 minutes. Turn them over / give them a toss. Put them back in the oven for another 20 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 Eggs and 2 cups Heavy Cream until completely combined.

Whisk in 1.5 teaspoons Dry Mustard, 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt, and 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.
Fold in the dried Keto Bread Cubes until they are completely coated.

Stir in 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded).

Fold in 1 pound Cooked Ham (Diced or Cubed) until the ham and cheese are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a very well greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Check the center with a knife to confirm that it is cooked through. If the blade comes out wet, continue baking in 5 minute increments.
