A balanced blend of feta cheese, ground lamb and spices, these Lamb and Feta Biscuits are delicious as an appetizer or side. Made with our Baking Mix, they quick and easy too.
In a large sauté pan cook the Ground Lamb with the Satya’s Tikka Taaza Spice Blend and Kosher Salt. Once cooked, drain on a paper towel lined plate and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients and mix until a thick, uniform dough forms.
Divide the dough into equal portions and place on the prepared baking sheet. Yield 12 per 4 ounces of baking mix.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, rotating after 10 minutes, or until just turning golden.
