1.5poundsManchego CheeseCut into 48 cubes, ~ ¾ - 1-inch each
8slicesProsciuttoCut into 6 pieces each. For me this was ~ 7 ounces.
¼cupSukrin Gold SyrupOr other keto friendly honey substitute. Quantity is approximate. You will be drizzling.

Instructions
Remove the waxy rind from the cheese, then cut it into 48 cubes, approximately ¾ - 1 inch each. Set them out on the serving plate.
1.5 pounds Manchego Cheese
Lay out a slice of prosciutto and roll it up long-ways. Then cut it into 6 equal pieces. Place each piece on top of one of the cheese cubes. You may need to fold the pieces in half to make them fit. Repeat with the remaining slices.
8 slices Prosciutto
Drizzle the Sukrin Gold Syrup or other keto friendly honey substitute of choice over all of the pieces.
1/4 cup Sukrin Gold Syrup
Stick a toothpick through the center of a blueberry and then poke it into the center of a prosciutto and Manchego stack. Repeat with the rest of the blueberries.
