Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add half of 64 ounces Fresh Baby Spinach. Stir it with a rubber scraper or tongs, to distribute some of the oil.
Add ½ cup Chicken Stock (or Vegetable Stock), cover with a lid, and allow it to wilt for about 3 minutes. Remove the lid, stir the spinach, and add the remaining spinach. Put the lid back on and allow it to continue wilting for another 3 minutes.
½ cup Chicken Stock
Add 1.5 teaspoons Garlic Powder, 1.5 teaspoons Onion Powder, 1.5 teaspoons Kosher Salt, and 1.5 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper to the spinach. Stir to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Cover and allow to cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and either serve warm or cool completely and store in the fridge in an airtight container until you’re ready to use it.. You can reheat it in the microwave at 50% power for 4 minutes and then stir.
