Combine all ingredients until a pourable batter forms.
1 cup Dinner Party Diaries Savory Baking Mix, ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 Egg, 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
Once the griddle is heated (a small drop of water should sizzle), pour the batter onto the surface in approximately 1.5-inch circles (or sized as you like).
Cook on one side until they begin to slightly puff and the exposed side starts to solidify.
Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
To Assemble:
