Instructions
Spray 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a high speed blender, combine the Unsweetened Almond Milk, All Purpose Baking Mix, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, and Eggs. Blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
Add the Cream Cheese and blend for 2 more minutes.
Add the Swiss Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Green Onions. Pulse until just combined and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 40 - 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
