Instructions
Heat griddle and lightly grease with Avocado Oil.
Combine all ingredients until a pourable batter forms.
Once the griddle is heated (a small drop of water should sizzle), pour the batter onto the surface in approximately 3-inch circles (or sized as you like).
Cook on one side until they begin to slightly puff and the exposed side starts to solidify.
Top each Savory Griddle Cake with a dallop of sour cream and a bite of smoked salmon. Make the Savory Griddle Cakes a little smaller than you normally might and you'll have elegant little appetizers.
Serve them with thick-cut bacon and maple syrup or your sugar free syrup of choice. It can be a slight twist on "breakfast for dinner." The sweet and savory make a great combo.
Top them with some slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, and dressing.
Cube up some leftover turkey to place on top of the Savory Griddle Cakes with a drizzle of gravy (or my Rich Pumpkin Wine Reduction Sauce).
