Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the Powdered Sugar or Sweetener of your choice and mix until a dough forms.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
Once cooled, roll each cookie ball in powdered sweetener of your choice.
