What if “stuffing” was an appetizer or a snack? Why can’t it be? These Classic Herb and Veggie Biscuit Bites combine the “classic” veggie combo of carrot, celery, and onion with sage, thyme, and garlic into a tiny little snack bite. Made with our Classic Herb and Vegetable Baking Mix, they are about as easy to make as it gets.


Classic Herb and Veggie Biscuit Bites
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (226.8 g) Dinner Party Diaries Classic Herb and Vegetable Baking Mix
- ⅔ cup (160 g) Unsweetened Almond Milk Or other milk of your choice (e.g. Whole Milk, Oat Milk, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) Avocado Oil Or other oil of your choice. (e.g. Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil, Melted Unsalted Butter, Shortening)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the dough into balls (approximately 1 inch diameter) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 – 15 minutes or until just starting to turn golden.
