These Classic Herb and Veggie Biscuit Bites combine the “classic” veggie combo of carrot, celery, and onion with sage, thyme, and garlic into a tiny little snack bite. Made with our Classic Herb and Vegetable Baking Mix, they are about as easy to make as it gets.

Classic Herb and Veggie Biscuit Bites

These Classic Herb and Veggie Biscuit Bites aren't just "savory"—they combine the classic, comforting flavor combo of sage, thyme, carrot, and celery you know and love. They're the ultimate sidekick for your poultry dishes.
They also happen to be made without gluten, dairy, or eggs–a great option for meeting several special dietary restrictions over the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (226.8 g) Dinner Party Diaries Classic Herb and Vegetable Baking Mix
  • ⅔ cup (160 g) Unsweetened Almond Milk Or other milk of your choice (e.g. Whole Milk, Oat Milk, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) Avocado Oil Or other oil of your choice. (e.g. Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil, Melted Unsalted Butter, Shortening)
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into balls (approximately 1 inch diameter) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F for 12 – 15 minutes or until just starting to turn golden.

  • Parchment Paper
  • Kitchen Scale Optional, but if you use this, you can skip the measuring spoons.

Notes

You can use the same ingredient quantities to make 1 large biscuit.  You’ll just need to extend the baking time a bit.  Your oven may vary, but it typically takes 15 – 17 minutes.
