Spiced Cookie Balls
Perfectly sweet with the right blend of baking spices, there Spiced Cookie Balls are always a crowd pleaser! They also just happen to be vegan and gluten free.

Servings: 40 cookies
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Dinner Party Diaries Pumpkin Spice Muffin Ball Mix 284 g
- ½ teaspoon Orange Peel Powder 4 g
- 4 grams Psyllium Husk Powder
- 2 grams Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- ⅔ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 160 g
- 2 tablespoons Shortening
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped 120 grams Chopped
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar Or powdered sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the Powdered Sugar or Sweetener of your choice and mix until a dough forms.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
- Once cooled, roll each cookie ball in powdered sweetener of your choice.
