Whether we’re in pumpkin season or not, I love baking with it. These fun Spiced Pumpkin Muffin Balls make a fantastic treat at any time of year! They’re great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle some melted white chocolate (I use sugar free) on top. Made with our Dinner Party Diaries Original Baking Mix, they’re super easy to make. My prep time is 10 minutes or less.

Personally, I love using PUR Spices’ Milk Masala for this recipe, but regular pumpkin pie spice works too.
Feel free to pick your sweetener of choice, depending on your dietary needs and preferences. I typically use Allulose, but the recipe works with sugar, erythritol, and monk fruit blends as well. I substitute them 1:1.
