Secret Weapon Appetizer Puffs

Up your appetizer game with these Secret Weapon Appetizer Puffs. Customize them with your protein and spice blend of choice or use our recipe. Made with Secret Weapon Baking Mix they’re incredibly versatile and perfect for a host of dietary restrictions!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix 113 grams
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 Eggs Jumbo
  • ½ tablespoon Spice Blend Of your choice, such as Greek Seasoning, Creole Seasoning, Herbes de Provence, etc.
  • 6 ounces Protein Shredded or finely diced. Chicken, Tofu, Beef, Pork
  • 4 ounces Preserved Vegetable or Fruit Drained and Diced. Examples: Roasted Red Peppers, Olives, Hot Peppers, Giardiniera

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Secret Weapon Foods All-Purpose Plain Baking Mix 226 grams
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil
  • 3 Eggs Jumbo
  • 1 tablespoon Spice Blend Of your choice, such as Greek Seasoning, Creole Seasoning, Herbes de Provence, etc.
  • 12 ounces Protein Shredded or finely diced. Chicken, Tofu, Beef, Pork
  • 8 ounces Preserved Vegetable or Fruit Drained and Diced. Examples: Roasted Red Peppers, Olives, Hot Peppers, Giardiniera

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and thoroughly grease a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  • Dice or shred a Protein of your choice.
  • Drain and dice a Preserved Vegetable or Fruit of your choice.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except Protein and Preserved Vegetable or Fruit until a batter has formed.
  • Stir in the Protein and Preserved Vegetable or Fruit until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared mini muffin pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden on top.
  • Cool for 10 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack.

  • Mini Muffin Pan Silicone recommended
