Instructions
Line rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients except melted butter.
Spoon batter onto the prepared baking sheet(s).
Bake at 450°F for 9 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter.
Allow to sit on the tray for about 5 minutes before serving.
