When we get to the March time of year in our part of the world, Spring tries to peak its head above the ground amid random bursts of snow and wind. Because of that, I like to encourage the idea of Spring by starting to incorporate some fresher, greener dishes into my menus. For these Welcome Spring Dinner Party Menu ideas, I’ve included some elements of lighter fare along with some recipes that usually make their way into our Easter celebrations.

We’ll start with a handful of appetizer options, followed by some lamb. For sides, we’ll complement the lamb with a selection of recipes that use fresh green ingredients. We’ll cap it all off with some Easy Keto Carrot Cake and some Keto Peanut Butter Cookies for dessert.
