They’re perfect for game day, potlucks, or an easy snack the whole family will fight over. Best of all, this recipe makes a big batch of 54 bites, so there’s plenty to share (or not).

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuit Bites
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227 g) Dinner Party Diaries Original Baking Mix
- ⅔ cup (160 g) Unsweetened Almond Milk Or other milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) Avocado Oil Or other oil of your choice
- ⅔ cup (80 g) Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- ⅓ cup (40.3 g) Bacon Bits Cooked and Diced or Store-bought
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) Dried Jalapeno Flakes
Instructions
- Measure out the Unsweetened Almond Milk into a small bowl, add the Dried Jalapeno Flakes, stir, and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line the rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop or spoon onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown on the bottoms.
