These Easy Blueberry Spice Muffin Balls are super simple and delicious. They use my Pumpkin Spice Muffin Ball Mix, sour cream (or Greek yogurt, if you prefer), and dried (or fresh) blueberries. That’s it! Mix and bake.

Although I typically make these with dried blueberries, they’re great with fresh blueberries as well. They’ll be a bit more moist and have some blue streaks.
Oh, and by the way, they’re low on sugar and carbs. Wild, I know!

Grab some of our Pumpkin Spice Muffin Ball Mix and give them a try! (You heard that right, the Pumpkin Spice Muffin Ball Mix doesn’t need to use pumpkin. It’s really just a nice warm, baking spice blend. Try it with berries, cherries, apples, and more.)
