These little bites combine our Dinner Party Diaries Spiced Muffin Ball Mix with ripe mashed bananas for warm, lightly spiced banana bread flavor in every mouthful. No mixer, no loaf pan, and no fuss — just mash, mix, scoop, and bake.

Banana Bread Muffin Balls
Ingredients
- 8 oz Dinner Party Diaries Spiced Muffin Ball Baking Mix 227 g
- ⅔ cup Ripe Bananas Mashed (5.6 oz / 160 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line the rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas and thoroughly combine them with the baking mix.
- Scoop or spoon onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown on the bottoms.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
