These Banana Bread Muffin Balls turn classic banana bread into a bite-sized, two-ingredient treat that's ready in about 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Dinner Party Diaries Spiced Muffin Ball Baking Mix 227 g
  • ⅔ cup Ripe Bananas Mashed (5.6 oz / 160 g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line the rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash the bananas and thoroughly combine them with the baking mix.
  • Scoop or spoon onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown on the bottoms.
  • Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
