I like to think of biscuits as a blank canvas that can be painted to best match your menu. These Lamb and Feta Biscuits can serve as either a hearty appetizer or a mouth-watering side. They’ve got the perfect balance of tangy feta crumbles with lightly spiced ground lamb.
To keep things simple, we make them with our Original Baking Mix and Satya’s Tikka Taaza Spice Blend for minimal measuring and all the dirty spoons that go with it. Plus . . . that means that there’s no gluten, few carbs, and no added sugars without any additional thought or planning on your part. If you need dairy alternatives, you can use sheep’s milk feta or vegan feta. Enjoy!
