As I’ve mentioned before, I’m always interested in new ways to make vegetables using new flavors but keeping the process simple.  (Otherwise, I’m just going to douse them in cream, which kind of defeats the purpose.)  With their balanced flavor and easy prep, these Chaat Party Roasted Green Beans are the perfect answer to that quest.  A hint of tamarind keeps the flavor bright, while cumin adds a bit of depth, and ginger hones everything with a nice little bite.

Using Satya’s Chaat Party Spice Blend*, the work on this is as straightforward as toss beans with seasoning and avocado oil, then roast.  That’s it–minimal work, no stress. You’ve really got to give it a try!
