There is a time and place for roll-ups, given the hand-work involved.  Hearty appetizers and small plates qualify as two of the times that I believe they are appropriate and work the effort.  With their ingredient flexibility and complementary combination of flavors and textures, these Pizza Masti Zucchini Roll-ups make a fantastic choice for accommodating a number of dietary restrictions.  Satya’s Pizza Masti Spice Blend* provides a perfect flavor profile backdrop against which you can build the roll-ups.

Pro Tip: What do I mean about there being a time and place for roll-ups?  Well, if you’re cooking for a crowd of 30, making enough zucchini roll-ups for everyone as an entrée (let’s assume 3-4 per person) adds up quickly.  It’s way more efficient to make a zucchini lasagna instead–same ingredients but way less work.
