Often when planning a menu with lamb, my brain usually jumps to chops or a leg roast. This time around, I remembered that ground lamb is a thing–a delicious thing. This Spiced Lamb Casserole combines the bold flavors of Satya’s Everything Indian Spice Blend with the creaminess of gouda in a biscuit-adjacent casserole.

Using the spice blend and my baking mix keeps the ingredient list under control and effort minimal.
